BPI OnDemand Brings Oracle CRM On Demand to Customer in Growing Midsized Market
No matter how big a business is, its success ultimately depends on how it
attracts, manages, and retains customers. Customer relationship management (CRM)
tools have long been used by large enterprises, but now midsize businesses want
to gain the benefits of CRM without breaking the bank. Oracle Gold Partner BPI OnDemand Ltd., based in the U.K., is achieving
success by bringing enterprise-class CRM to the midsize market with its
attractively priced and scalable Oracle CRM On Demand–based solution. The
company was recently named Applications Partner of the Year for the 2010 Europe,
Middle East, and Africa region in Oracle PartnerNetwork’s Partner Specialization
Awards.

BPI OnDemand Ltd announced as Winner - Oracle EMEA Applications Partner of the Year
Gold OPN partner, and one of the only Oracle CRM On Demand resellers in the UK, was recognized for its fully managed approach which enables customers to reduce their operational expenses, its expertise and experience in Oracle applications, and consequently impressive revenue growth, as well as its commitment to specialization. Also key to BPI winning the award was its development of an Oracle Accelerate Solution offering Oracle CRM on Demand as a Managed Service, taking the product into a brand new customer base in the small and medium sized business segment.

A rigorous, three-tier, internal judging process by a panel of product, country and EMEA level executives from Oracle Alliances & Channels shortlisted the nominations. Further scrutiny and review from a panel of EMEA-based judges from global analyst house, IDC completed the process.
